As always, the Acacia Social Committee has outdone itself! They put together a marvellous function for Valentine’s Day. It was kicked off with drinks, followed by a cold cut buffet. We were serenaded by the amazing Jim Joll!

It was a lovely sight seeing so many people get together, put on their dancing shoes and got their boogie on. We even had our Village Manager, Bruce Cullington, partake in the dancing, which always results in a roar of laughter and giggles. All in all everyone had a wonderful time and we can’t wait for the next social event! Find out more about Acacia Cove

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
