Living a healthy life as one gets older isn’t always an easy task. Accessibility and transport can play a major role in getting the care you need. At Acacia Cove Village we do our utmost to tend to all the needs of our residents. Not only do we promote an active lifestyle, but we also support our Residents in getting the care they need.
We have a doctor coming out to our village once a week should you need to see him. There is a nurse available 27/7 and even a podiatrist comes to visit regularly. Should you need to go for a special doctor’s appointment we have our very own volunteer drivers who will be happy to take you where you need to go. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
