At CM Dental ltd we see young children on referral from the school dental clinic and self referred for trauma or emergency treatment for free. But For routine long term care there is a charge an inspection is $50. Orthodontic extractions are $100 per tooth.We are passionate about helping children, and offer a same day service for any child in pain. When they move to High school treatments other than orthodontics are covered by the New Zealand Government scheme. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
