Hello Neighbours,

I am running free 6-week meditation course at West Harbour Community Hub (74 Oreil Ave, West Harbour, Auckland 0618) from 20th Feb 2018 (7PM-8PM every Tuesday) based on Sahajayoga Meditation. It is a pure meditation (and not exercises/stretches that we normally understand the word Yoga for) that allows you to achieve the state of "Thoughtless Awareness" to silence your mind and to help you manage stress. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
