It is just a blessing that us kiwis care for our animals here on Earth. We need to do this more as Kiwis to ensure our safety and protection for our animals are kept alive as best as we can. I'll put this vid up anyways if people don't view Youtube much.
The other vid in from NBC.com. This is from America. It is a shame that NBC News got a better coverage of our seashores than what we did. Just generally speaking.

It is outside # 146 Don Buck Rd, up on the grass verge near the school zone sign. Almost opposite the intersection of Zita Maria Drive & Don Buck Road. I turned onto Don Buck Rd about 8:15 pm & noticed the cat up on the grass hill. It must have just happened not long before. 😢 Another lady who also stopped after me was going to put a post on the Massey Facebook page.
Update: I decided to take the cat to the Animal Emergency Centre at 97 Carrington Road, Mt Albert. On the Unitec premises. I wanted to check if it was microchipped. I didn’t want the cat to be left there overnight & in the heat of the day tomorrow & also with children walking past to school I think it would be upsetting.
The cat is a male, is not microchipped & not desexed. The vet said he is possibly a stray & someone may have been feeding him because his coat was in good condition. He looks of a young age. He is a silver & black tabby with thick black stripes on his back. He has 4 white paws, both back legs looks like he is wearing white socks. Has white on his tummy & also under his chin.
The Animal Emergency Centre will hold him for 7 days. The phone number for enquires is 09-849-2121.

I just want to know if anyone who lives down these two streets want to take any photos of these apartments that the builders have made? I could myself but I do a paper run down these streets, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Reason I am asking this is so that people can realise how small and "pokey", well I think they are, these apartment buildings are. If anyone lives in Stephen Ave, you can just look at the colours that these apartment buildings are, they are purple, light grey, light green.
I am going to feel sorry to whoever is going to go to sleep at night next to the newly petrol station on Lincoln Road that the construction people are currently making.
It's not the actual construction people whose at fault. They are just told what to build and how to do it. It could be the boss himself or higher management who have told them what to build.
Anyways, I will leave you with that for now and will probably do some more posts soon.
PS, Kirsteen Fitzpatrick has given the image of Stephen Ave and Woodford Ave to give you an idea of what they look like.
The first two are of Stephen Ave and the other two are of Woodford Ave. What do others think? Would you like to live in a small "pokey" apartment type buildings.

For some children with sensory issues, the bright lights, music and general festivities around a visit to Santa in the mall can be too much.
Auckland mum Tash Vruink can't remember the last time she took her 12-year-old son, Jaxon Woolley, to the supermarket or the mall.
But this Christmas, he'll have the option to enjoy a Santa snap with his two younger siblings thanks to sensory-friendly photo sessions.
In December, three of Auckland's Westfield Shopping Centres will open early with dimmed lights and soft music to cater to children with sensory disorders wanting to see the big man in red. To find out more about the sessions, click here.
What are your thoughts on these sensory-friendly Santa sessions? Do you know any children who would love to see Santa at a session like this? Let us know your thoughts with us in the replies below!
