The class on Wednesday 17 June will include a sample of a range of accessible classical yoga practices including, asana, pranayama and meditation.
It's a great way to experience my teaching style and the depth of this systematic and holistic approach through Yoga.
Includes a Q & A component at the start and end of the class.

I used to own one of Auckland's well known driving schools, now semi-retired. I can offer people my experience for free with all the tips and tricks on how to pass a driving test. Most parents do a great job of coaching their children but don't have the tools to get up to test standard. Tips like how to navigate roundabouts and do observation points, lane changing procedures, flush medians, merging, speed zones, how and when to do the MIB - men in black procedures etc and the list goes on. When you arrive register your team’s name with the organiser.
Teams consist of 2 to 6 members.
The restaurant is open from 5pm with delicious meals and snacks that will not break the bank!
Also, the good news is the happy hour runs from 5pm until 6.30pm which means drinks are at half price!
Please note if you are flying solo, no problem. We will make up a team for you!
