Coal Range Baking at Highwic
Watch as our volunteers recreate traditional Victorian recipes as well as modern favourites on the Shacklock coal range in the Highwic kitchen, built in the 1870s. You might even get to taste the final product!
Due to issues with the coal range the session on Wednesday 2nd of April has been cancelled.

When: First Wednesday of the month:

Homestay Families Wanted

Epsom Girls Grammar School is currently looking for caring homestay families in the Epsom, Mt Eden, Parnell, Newmarket, Remuera areas to host international students.

We are seeking warm, welcoming households where English is the first language to provide a home-away-from-home experience for students studying in Auckland.

Ideal Hosts:
•Native English speakers or households where English is the main language spoken at home.
• Friendly, supportive, and willing to include students in family life.
• Able to provide a furnished private room, three meals a day+snacks, and a safe, clean environment.
•Located within 5km of Epsom Girls Grammar School, with easy access to public transport to and from school.
• Preferably homes without teenage boys, to support a comfortable and focused environment for female students.
• All household members aged 18 and over must have a clean Police Vetting record – police vetting is required for all adult occupants.
