Hi good morning on Saturday I lost two Lost 1 grey and yellow Male bird on Saturday in south Auckland by bow water and buller creacent the wind was strong it bow open my Aviary nesting boxes and the male got out his brother did it leave I will all so post the 2st missing female that bird who got away too we have now make changes to bird Aviary if seen please messager me asp the 3rd bird in 2st photo is all missing if any one see her at their place please messager me they are both a little friendly the Male 1 will hope on your hand np

Just Posting on here as I don't know if they posted on line but number 4/ 9 ingram street are having a garage sale its on right now heaps of stuff there by the look sorry couldn't take any pics as I had stuff in my hand
Keep a look out for a boat on the front house and you know your at the right place but go down the long drive.

just not sure if they are getting many people either

This coming Monday is Labour Day in New Zealand. This public holiday marks when the eight-hour workday and 48-hour workweek became law in 1899. The idea started with Samuel Parnell, a carpenter in Wellington, who in 1840 refused to work more than eight hours a day. Since skilled workers were in short supply, his employer had to agree.

As more skilled workers arrived, employers tried to change working conditions, but Parnell and others kept pushing for better rights. In 1890, Parnell led a Labour Day parade of 1,500 people to promote the eight-hour day. He passed away shortly after, and nine years later, Labour Day became an official public holiday.
