Rooms to Rent to suit a small Business at Amitabha Hospice, Avondale
Two commercial rooms are now available for rent at Amitabha Hospice. For three years we had a counsellor who was running her practice at Amitabha Hospice. Now this room is vacant, as well as the larger room next to it. A professional person could rent both rooms (one for treatment and one for waiting). We are seeking a responsible, non-smoking tenant to run his or her professional practice. We think this quiet space with good off-street parking would best suit an Osteopath, Chiropractor, Counsellor, or Accountant. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
