Young adults, aged 16 to 34, ranked a sense of humour as the most important quality in a partner, where as most 55- to 64-year-olds viewed sharing values as more important than sharing a laugh together. Younger people were also more likely to judge potential partners on their looks and perhaps unsurprisingly, more likely to meet their significant other online. What do you think is the most important quality in a partner and how did you meet yours? Please write "NFP" if you don't want your comment to appear in stories.

If you have to phone Council noise control tell them the venue is on the Special Instruction list for the Western area. And also complain to your Councillor. No one minds a few one off events but 2 months of it 3 nights a week is over the top!! Auckland Council lets people get away with anything these days.

Simon Bridges says "The reality is if you're not in work, education or training, you're going to be languishing in a dole queue, and the evidence is potentially for a long time". Do you agree with this policy? Should parents be fined?

Set of cups/saucers/plates; sugar bowl; cake plate etc. Lovely set but the family just don't need them anymore and I am sure someone could enjoy having them as we have for two generations.
