Volunteers for THE WHALE RIDER show at Takapuna

We are seeking volunteer ushers for our upcoming season of 'The Whale Rider’, please see below for the job description and how to sign up.

USHER JOB DESCRIPTION: Come along and join our front of house team to help create the magic of theatre for children. The main jobs will include helping to get the theatre ready for the performance and managing the audience before, during, and after the shows. Watch the show, learn some theatre magic, all while helping us out!

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
