Strengths Based Leadership: Seminar. Working with ‘Strength Finder’ from the website www.strengthsquest.com... This assessment provides you with your five key signature strengths. Knowing your leadership strengths has the potential to build capacity in a team, an organisation, a family, a community. This tool is incredibly helpful in increasing awareness of how we utilise and develop our strengths alongside one another. You will review your results having completed the online questionnaire prior to the workshop.
You will have the opportunity to discuss your strengths in more detail with others in the group. Working from a strengths-based perspective will enable you to address our challenges with a greater sense of confidence and skill. As a group, we will explore how to use this information to enhance our relationships and our work? How do we best utilise the strengths of the people in our teams and in our organisations?

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
