The community is invited to come to Pakuranga Athletic Club on Monday evenings from 18 January (start time 6pm) to have a go at throwing discus, shot, javelin and hammer. We are inviting those over 30 years old (Masters aged) male and female. Contact Mark Powell for further details 02102292521.
