FREE ZUMBA GOLD CLASS

Gavyn from Shelly Park

FREE ZUMBA GOLD CLASS FOR PEOPLE OVER 45

Zumba gold is a fun, lower impact, easy to follow exercise for people whoa re 45 and over, older adults, people recovering from injury or people who just aren't as fit as they'd like to be.
It was reported that participation in a single Zumba exercise class burned on average 360 calories and elicited a heart rate response equivalent to 80% of maximal heart rate (Luettgen et al., 2012)

It's low impact and NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED meaning you can GO at your YOUR OWN PACE!!

We have classes happening at the RSA Howick on:

Monday 5.30pm

Wednesday 7.00pm

For a limited time we are offering a free class for you to try before you commit.

Just fill out this form to secure your spot.

Poll: Is it rude to take a full trolley to self-checkout?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Luckily self-checkout is being pretty common in supermarkets these days and we generally use it to quickly buy a few things without the long lines. But perhaps it's appropriate to head there with your full trolley to skip the lines?

What are your thoughts? Is that rude?

Share in the comments below if this has ever happened to you.
