The unit is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in a Double Grammar Zone in Mt Eden and walking distance to the Village, local shops and transport.
We’re seeking neat and tidy tenants to make this their home sweet home. Regrettably, no pets or smokers, please.

• two weeks’ rent in advance ($1,240)
