Kirtan is an ancient singing and dancing practice that uplifts the soul and relieves any feelings of anxiety or tension. Check out the bio on Pralad and the Chants! These world famous musicians inaugurated electric kirtan and are bringing their epic kirtans to Auckland 2021 international Yoga Day! We can’t wait to see them again!
Hear deep yoga wisdom from internationally renowned yoga philosophy teacher Acharya das speaking on the real meaning of Yoga.
Nourishing and warming all plant based nourishing meal of dhal, rice and samosa + other plant based light refreshments including Chai tea
Walk in, soothe the soul, dance, laugh, sing, nourish the body and leave feeling completely revived and rejuvenated.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
