Update on new Covid-19 case
A person who lives in the same apartment block as a university student with Covid-19 caught the virus from her, testing shows.
The student, who lives and works in central Auckland, tested positive for the virus on Thursday. She is known as Case D.
She has since been genomically linked to a Defence Force worker who dined at a tapas bar near her work.
