Fluid and Bones Pilates Mat Classes
Hello Neighbours.
I have been entertaining the idea of running Small Pilates Based Mat Classes from my home for quite a while, and would really still like to do it. Ideally I guess it would be for Mums after school/kindy drops offs, starting at around 9.30/10am.
I can only fit 3/4 people in my little lounge studio space, and it would be a fun thing to do as a group of friends once per week or similar.
I can offer Monday, Wednesday, or Friday morning.
If anyone is interested in this please let me know. It would be lovely to meet and work with some local faces. I am based right by Gribblehirst Park in Sandringham

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
