Wanted House 2 or 3 bedrooms house for rent

Hi my name is Simon I am 50 studying Bachelor of Social Practice and am needing a long term place to live for me and a friend.

I do need a garage as I have a few things in storage and a motorbike.

Im honest so honest i will say I smoke but not inside havent for years and am trying patches etc to stop but its hard. I am really wanting a place I can make into a home for long term as Im just getting to old and have health issues so wanting something warm. This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
