The other end of the house is sharing Kitchen, Dining, Lounge, Table tennis, extra toilet and many outdoor spaces with a swimming pool and BBQ.
Location close to the sea, 2 min walk to Rothesay Bay beach and 5 min walk to Browns Bay beach and Village with lots of Shops, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets etc.
Golf courses, tennis court, Vineyards close, Bush walks, all close by.
10 min drive to Albany Mega center and Stadium. 20 min drive to Auckland City , or an express bus takes approximately 30 min.
Rent per week $390 + Power, water and internet $100
If two people it's another $80 a week.
Both rooms can also be rented out at this stage.
