Kedgley Music Centre After-hours Music School

We're excited to confirm the return of Kedgley Music Centre for Terms 3 and 4! KMC offers affordable after-school music lessons for primary- and intermediate-aged children in Manukau.

Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday nights during Term 3 and Term 4. Due to funding restrictions this year we are offering Flute, Keyboard, Recorder, Trumpet, Cornet, Ukulele and Violin. And we'll bring back more instruments next year.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
