The lecturers are amazing. Being able to learn online and through block learning was so much more efficient for me as a working Māmā. I was able to work, look after my tamariki and gain a degree. We supported each other to get over the line. I’m studying for a Master’s now and I’m learning so much more. I love it!”
You too can help facilitate the learning journey of future leaders. Study with us in 2021 and become a teacher!

It's simple, car speed will be monitored on Lagoon Drive and if there are 1 million safe journeys under 30 km/h between now and April 2021 = there'll be bikes for St.Patrick's School 🚴🚴

As you will see my recent posts, I tragically had to say HAERE RA /farewell to my beloved elderly feline Precious who was not only one of my grown up children's favourite pets but also my companion over the lockdown period.
Both my son and daughter now live elsewhere and when they visit me they always comment on how unnaturally quiet and still (apart from me) the whare has become.
I really want to adopt two sibling kittens or slightly older sibling cats if anyone knows of any? I am happy to have them microchipped etc if they are not.
There are very few kittens/cats at the SPCA/adoption on line sites at the moment. There are NONE in any of the pet stores I have visited.
Does anybody know of anyone selling kittens?

Do you know of any unique places of worship in Auckland? Perhaps you have a special area in your home where your family meets to pray, or the way you cook and meet people is shaped by your faith? How does your faith help you through challenging times?
I'd love to hear from people of all religions - please email me a little bit about yourself at caroline.williams@stuff.co.nz if you're interested in sharing.

Have you seen the arial photographs of the progress of construction on the major motorway project north of Auckland?
The Ōkahu Viaduct is a steel girder bridge that crosses Pūhoi Rd and Te Aqua Pūhoi.
Work is taking place near the Johnstones Hill tunnels, as part of the Ara Tūhono project that will extend the four-lane Northern Motorway (SH1) 18.5km from Pūhoi to just north of Warkworth, in a move aimed at improving road safety.
The motorway was scheduled to open at the end of 2021, but delays due to the coronavirus alert level 4 lockdown in April meant nearly five weeks of working time was lost.
Now, the new road is expected to be open in time for Queen’s Birthday weekend 2022. To read more, click here
