Useful tips for maintaining healthy relationships!

ℹ️HOW TO HAVE HEALTHY ARGUMENTS:

Everybody can have arguments, you'll find these in healthiest of relationships and often times it becomes a monologue that blocks the communication channel where it should be a dialogue that sails the boat really🙃



then, how do you avoid the negativity that comes from a nasty argument among couples and turn it upside down to get better communication across instead?



TIPS:



1. Set a timer for each partner to put across their viewpoint!



2. Listen as well as speak



3. Calm down and cool off in between your turn( Be patient to other person's point of view, even when you do not agree with them.



RESULTS: This exercise gives an opportunity to create balance and bring out deep-seated issues/problems thereby resolving concerns leading to BETTER COMMUNICATION!

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
