The people who make all have a disability and it is a great skill and gives meaning and purpose to be … View moreI work for a disability organisation and we are making little libraries for communities, so far we have made 3 and they are out in community and we have another 11 with requests across Auckland. The people who make all have a disability and it is a great skill and gives meaning and purpose to be involved in this process. We are in need of more plywood and roofing and any bits that go into the libraries like hinges, Perspex etc. I have emailed a few construction companies for off cuts with not much success, we are only using recycled materials as there is no money crossing hands. We do name on a plaque inside each one who has donated to the libraries. They look great and are attracting a lot more interest. Here are 2 of the libraries that are out at the moment
