As we honour and remember the courage and sacrifice of our servicemen and women.

This February, I’m offering a gentle, fully clothed, non-sexual Tantra-inspired ritual for couples to reconnect. Using the five senses as portals, partners are guided in steps to rediscover one another through presence, trust, and attention.
