Message from our Onehunga Senior Constable Don Allan

Colleen from Onehunga

Hi All,

I hope everyone is managing to keep health and well over these extremely difficult times.
I have been contacted by a local resident who was the victim of a theft where his Fezzari mountain bike was stolen from his garage recently.
We would like your assistance to help locate this unique pushbike.
If you sight this mountain bike, please report the occurrence immediately on 111.

See the attached alert.

Also, please continue to practise social distancing, consider those people at risk and maintain good hygiene practises to avoid contracting Omicron.

Have a great week..
Kind regards

Don

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Cat Rikihana (Ngai Tahu) like many financial mentors around Aotearoa, works with individuals, groups and whānau to successfully navigate financial stress and hardship. Mentors work alongside whānau to increase confidence and skills in personal money management and advocate with and for clients. Cat enjoys delivering online and face-to-face workshops which provide opportunities to normalise money conversations and encourages people to make time to consider their financial well-being.

Cat is also an independent financial well-being coach, educator and indigenous life coach at Restore Wellness Network. She is a published writer and currently in the process of writing her first non-fiction book: 'A financial self-care guide for women in Aotearoa.'

Auckland Heritage Festival: Visit Highwic and Make a Wind Vane.

Highwic from Highwic - Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga

Seafarers in the past needed to be able to tell the direction of the wind to help them navigate across Te Moana-nui-ā-kiwa / the Pacific Ocean.

Go nautical this Auckland Heritage Festival, bring the kids to Highwic and make your own wind vane. All materials will be provided.
