Free funding workshop. TOMORROW

This is a free funding workshop opportunity and there are still paces available. If you need to fundraise for an event or community activity then this workshop will help you find opportunities and successfully bid for them.

As well as advice on how and where to apply for funding, the Department of Internal Affairs will be present to answer questions about the Covid Wellbeing Fund. Schools, church groups, charities, sports clubs could all benefit from this event. Thursday 19 November 11am 1pm, 3pm or 5pm. Limited to those working in or with the Maungakiekie-Tamaki area. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
