Police believe this man can help them with inquiries into an incident in Browns Bay, on Auckland's North Shore.
A man walked into the library with a full face mask on and what is believed to be a toy gun.
Staff were left extremely shaken, police said.
No one was injured but officers would like to know who this person is.
