Lovely double room
Hello neighbours, we have a lovely sunny double bedroom available in our home in Rothesay bay for female roommate or homestay. It opens onto the deck and garden , hotter. The room has a shared bathroom with our teen daughter who is only here half the time on the ground floor. We are a relaxed family of 4 (kids here half time) and have a lovely 3 level home, allowing privacy and separation when needed. We are looking for a tidy, respectful female. Adult homestay or roommate. Rent $260 wifi included. sorry pics are being cut off so message me for better pics.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
