Dr Lutz and Dr Claudia, founders of Bachmann Orthodontics, are proud to be German and New Zealand citizens.
Both hold a PhD in Dental Medicine, are NZAO certified orthodontic specialists and rank among the top of their peers.
Claudia and Lutz ran a successful orthodontic clinic in Germany for twelve years before relocating to New Zealand in 2009 and opening their practice in Albany on Auckland’s North Shore.
The Bachmanns’ and their three teens have been NZ citizens for two years. They love and enjoy their new home and the great Kiwi lifestyle. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
