Helping Kiwi kids
Hi neighbours, I'd like to invite you to a lovely event on Sunday 16th September that's all about helping all Kiwi kids! It's a fundraiser for Kidscan who provide life essentials - food, coats, shoes - to less privileged kids, in association with my just-published book 'I Am Super Me.' (A donation from each book sold goes to KidsCan.) My beautifully illustrated book is written for 3 to 7 year-olds to help them develop the important mindset that they have the power to pursue their dreams with confidence that yes, they CAN achieve them! Kids love the idea of 'Super heroes' so the idea of a Super Me really appeals! The event is called 'KIDS CAN BE SUPER ME!' at Outram Hall, Murrays Bay - tickets $35 from iTicket - and we'll enjoy entertainment, afternoon tea and an auction. Any contributions especially from shops that can be auctioned are most welcome! Please contact me - Sylvia, 021 259 4491 or sjv3@xtra.co.nz Love to see you there!
