I specialise in gut compliants (IBS, constipation, diarrhoea, food intolerances), nervous system support (stress, mental health, sleep, energy), reproductive health (menstrual issues such as PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, fertility), skin disorders (eczema, acne), immunity, and improving your general nutrition so you can get the most out of your day.
I'm also a ConTact C.A.R.E practitioner that can help support you with concussion recovery, old and unresolved injuries, back/neck/knee pain, headaches and migraines, shin splints, and athletic performance.
