The Art of Reflexology Workshop
Hello Neighbours,
I'll be running a reflexology workshop at home in Mt Roskill on Sunday July 28th. It will be a relaxed training that is open to all beginners.
Reflexology is based on the concept of a complete map of your body on the feet, hands and outer ears. By working just these areas we can ease imbalances and deeply relax and nourish the body and mind, releasing tension and promoting energetic flow.
