Strips of about 20cm long that can be attached to wire netting - a new roll of coated wire mesh included. Enough to cover at least 5m X 1m. Putting it on the netting gives it a more natural result. See pic.
Very effective - most people think that is it real.

Reading these reports quite frequently. Also, see a lot of them roaming around while driving, especially in Wesley, Manurewa, Mount Albert areas.

Shoreline Adaptation Plans: Waitematā Harbour West and Weiti Estuary to Devonport Peninsula
We are preparing shoreline adaptation plans (SAPs) across the region.
