Announcement - Carrington Hospital
Kia ora koutou,
We are very excited to announce a new initiative to bring the old asylum (Carrington Hospital) back to life. Our Trust is completing a Feasibility Study to determine the viability of turning 'Building One' in to an Arts and Wellness Precinct. There is a short answer survey link on the Press Release attached, and we would love for you to complete it if you have an interest in the Arts and Wellness sectors. Pls follow us on Facebook as well to remain updated for workshops and Open Day happening soon.
Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
