My name is Jess Connors and I am a breathwork enthusiast that practices conscious connected breathwork techniques. I've been practicing for the last 6 years and have attended many workshops and 1:1 deep journeys.

A little bit more about me:
I'm originally from Canada and have been living in Aotearoa for 8 years. My background is in education, HR management, learning and development and holistic health.
I have a spiritual perspective, a business mind and a healer's heart.
I've recently completed my post grad at Tech Futures Lab here in Auckland where I studied Human Potential for the Digital Economy and I am now embarking on my advanced breathwork training with the phenomenal Owaken Breathwork team.
I work full time in fintech, have passions for digital and financial literacy, love paddle boarding and spend a ton of my free time practicing self care, holistic health and breathwork.

Meet Shasha, our beloved 11-year-old family dog! Currently living with my in-laws, Shasha is a perfectly healthy and good-spirited pup who brings joy to everyone she meets.
Shasha loves short walks and playing outdoors, but she also enjoys her downtime, often resting peacefully while keeping you company. She thrives on companionship and doesn’t like being alone, making her an ideal addition to a family that can offer her the love and attention she craves.
Due to my in-laws’ upcoming travels, they’ve made the difficult decision to find Shasha a new home where she will feel secure and cherished.
We’re not asking for any money—just a caring family that will give Shasha the affectionate home she deserves.
