Parks at Alert Level 3 Step 1
From Wednesday, council playgrounds, basketball courts, skateparks, toilets and other outdoor facilities, will re-open as Auckland enters Level 3 Step 1. However it may take a few days for tape to be removed and hoops to be re-installed. QR codes will be installed at some high-use parks for scanning with the NZ COVID Tracer app.
You can now meet another bubble for a picnic, but please be aware of any local liquorbans!
Please remember this is still Level 3, however with the following changes:
* Your bubble can now meet one other bubble at a time outside, up to a maximum of 10 people from the two bubbles. Eg: You can invite people from another household over for dinner in your backyard, but they cannot enter your house.
* You can travel across Auckland for recreation.
* Early Learning Centres can reopen if they can handle bubbles of up to 10 children.

Live Q&A: Garden maintenance with Crewcut
This Wednesday, we are having another Neighbourly Q&A session. This time with John Bracewell from Crewcut.
John Bracewell, former Black Caps coach turned Franchisee Development Manager and currently the face of Crewcut’s #Movember campaign, knows a thing or two about keeping the grass looking sharp—whether it’s on a cricket pitch or in your backyard!
As a seasoned Crewcut franchisee, John is excited to answer your lawn and gardening questions. After years of perfecting the greens on the field, he's ready to share tips on how to knock your garden out of the park. Let's just say he’s as passionate about lush lawns as he is about a good game of cricket!
John is happy to answer questions about lawn mowing, tree/hedge trimming, tidying your garden, ride on mowing, you name it! He'll be online on Wednesday, 27th of November to answer them all.

CAREGIVER SUPPORT HELP NEEDED😄
For my lovely 🍓 89yo mum. Ideally 1 - 2 days pw. I'm looking at 8am - 2pm. Making her breakfast (weetbix, eggs, toast), mid morning porridge & lunch. Basic cooking skills & light cleaning duties (cleaning bathroom, keeping lounge tidy)😄 & keeping her company when im out food shopping/attending appointments. No showering as we have a carer doing that. She loves company & her Chinese TV. Mum is a softly spoken person with good SOH. Suited to someone similar like her & reliable. I'm there in the mornings & can give you guidance & support. An awesome opportunity for someone who loves working with the elderly. If you know of anyone or perhaps yourself you'd love to help me, it would be greatly appreciated. Call/text me 027 3862680. Cheers Helen😄
Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
