Rental Property urgently needed
Please help! We are so frustrated that nobody gets back to us once we have messaged them. The situation is now of an urgent nature. We are in search of a long term detached, unfurnished one bedroom Granny Flat in the East Auckland area or a very quiet underneath residence possibly with room for two vehicles. My husband and I are clean, tidy, respectful and looking for a place we can call home. We pride ourselves on paying our rent on time and we are very quiet dwellers. Our budget is up to $460 per week. We are aged 60-70 and my husband works but due to ill health I have had to take early retirement. The dwelling would need to have easy access as it is at times necessary for me to use a walker and I spend a lot of time resting due to having a couple of strokes, breast cancer, diabetes and blood pressure.
