Welcome to 2019

Rani Timoti from Helensville Citizens Advice Bureau

Kia ora koutou and Happy New Year!
Our office is back in action and may our volunteers help you to the best of our ability in 2019.
In the Maori whakatauki or proverb, the Citizens Advice Bureau uses the analogy of a waka (canoe): He waka ihi noa: We are all in this together
We continue to provide our popular services including free budgeting on Tuesday mornings, Justice of the Peace on rostered days, sight-seeing and travel information for visitors and tourists and community window displays for our organisations.
We make a difference which delves into the core of community. If you’re looking for a practical way to give back to the community, like solving mysteries and helping others you’re welcome to join our well-trained volunteers.
Pop into our friendly office at 27 Commercial Rd from 10am to 3pm or call us on 09 4207162 to check our services or pick up a volunteer form.

Georgina's Rhubarb Crumble

Edmund Hillary Retirement Village

Craving a dessert that makes the most of spring's fresh produce? Look no further than Georgina's signature Rhubarb Crumble.

This delicious treat has become a favourite at Ryman’s Bert Sutcliffe Village, where the sweet and tangy aroma often wafts through the air, tempting neighbours in for a taste. It’s also a hit with Georgina's 13-year-old granddaughter, Brooklyn, who loves serving it warm with gooey custard or a scoop of melting vanilla ice cream.
