Looking for groundedness?

Hi Neighbours – with life getting busy again, I appreciate the groundedness I have which comes from my mindfulness meditation practice. It has given me skills to cope with stress, and a sense of more ease in my life.

Come and try it out with our all-comers small group - it is a session to soothe body and mind and includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation.

Ps : we usually meet the first Tuesday afternoon of the month but a change of dates this month because of the Waitangi holiday

**Wanted: Disney Cards Collector Album**

I have been searching for the Disney cards Collector Album for two week now. I have tried everything by now with no success.
If you have an idea where I can find one for purchase or if you have a spare one that I can buy from you, that will be amazing!
(Happy to pay more than the actual cost of the album)
