Ahhhhhh that's the way to wake up!
Hi Neighbours, taking an extra few moments when you wake up is the best way to start the day. A wee stretch, a minute to properly wake up will set the tone for the rest of the day, less rushed.

Advice on hedgehog please
Hi neighbours
We seem to have a hedgehog walking around our lawn for the last few days during the day. We thought it was just a one off when we first saw him/her and put some bread out soaked in milk ( have since learned that this isn’t good ) but he’s been seen a few other times since. When we tried to pick him up I noticed his eye was closed or crusty almost and he had a patch where the spikes were missing ( is this mange ?)
We don’t know what to do to get it help. Does anyone know if there’s a rescue type place that can help?
