What it's like to do a mindfulness course
Hi Neighbours, people often ask me what it’s like to do a mindfulness course. Luckily, Angela Barnett wrote an article about her experience of taking part in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course that I teach. It is a really great read, open, amusing, and insightful.
