LUSH PASTURE - for Strip grazing/break feeding

Tom from Waimauku

My 20 acre property has been shut up since as far back as the beginning of August. It's high-quality lush rye & clover. If I had the cattle I would break feed it myself and make a fortune :-)
I would rather see it fed fresh rather than made into hay or silage...

See details below then contact me to discuss a deal 0275 -90-20-90

Location: 824 Old North Road, Waimauku
Area: nearly 20 acres (negotiable)
Pasture: good quality ryegrass and clover and some hybrid ryegrass (Shogun)
Growth Stage: paddocks were closed up for making hay from early August. Perfect for break feeding premium cattle
Water: all paddocks supplied with water troughs etc
Subdivision: subdivided into approximately 30 small paddocks with conventional fencing and hot wires. Electric fences will be hot
Service: I've had 15 years here of fattening cattle by intensive rotational grazing.
For the absent owner with the cattle here, I will always be noticing for any issues
I can negotiate assisting with cattle shifting etc
Loading race and cattle yards here

Negotiable
