With Out & About you can get active with your friends, family and people from your community. With a full programme of free events and activities in your local parks, places and open spaces, from Yoga to Zumba, skateboarding to nature walks, we work with your local boards to deliver fun opportunities to get active in our region's beautiful outdoors.
