Neglected Pup surrendered to pound

A very neglected and chained pup has been surrendered to the Henderson Animal Shelter on the Concourse. Sweet male dog about 12 months old. Good with kids and cats. Neighbourhood dog. Tried SPCA to take him in. Was on the waiting list with them. Owners surrendered him to the pound. Available for adoption after the 14th. This little fella needs a stable loving forever home. www.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz...
Rough start. Will make a good pet due to sweet nature.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
