Hello Neighbours,

I am running free meditation classes at West Harbour Community Hub (74 Oreil Ave, West Harbour, Auckland 0618) from 28th Nov 2017 (7PM-8PM every Tuesday) based on Sahajayoga Meditation. It is a pure meditation (and not exercises/stretches that we normally understand the word Yoga for) that allows you to achieve the state of "Thoughtless Awareness" to silence your mind and to help you manage stress. This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
