Feeling overwhelmed or disorganized? Try using this!

Janice Banks from Janice Designs

Hey hey my friend,

My name is Janice and I am a graphic designer from Flat Bush.

I am the creator of the Make It Your Best Year Yet Life Planner (2nd Edition)! If you haven't tried digital/printable planners yet, you are missing out! You see, I've since sold hundreds of my digital planners to the US, Canada and UK market and now I am opening to the Kiwi market too because I don't want you to miss out the wonderful benefits of using printable planners.

✨My Quick Story✨

Did you know that I was a stressed out, exhausted, worka-holic mum that doesn't know where to stop? In short, my whole life was a mess and I know that I needed to change. Click the link below to read more of my story.

Two years fast forward... I am happier and in a much clearer state of mind than I had ever been before. This is all thanks to the power of printables! I soon realized that the simple act of writing your thoughts down on paper and following my intuition has become an integral part of my success to break free from my cluttered mind and shiny-object-syndrome.

✨Features & Benefits✨

This planner was carefully thought out and beautifully crafted to be as useful as possible so you can have a great start to goal planning.

The printable planners are easy to move around (because they are digital) and they are eco-friendly too because you get to pick and choose the pages that you want to print. That way you save ink and paper. You can then just print them out right from your own home or and put them in your A4 or A5 binder. Whatever you want, really. Plus, you get to keep them FOREVER and use them again and again for as long as you want or when you need them.

If you haven’t yet sat down to plan for the rest of the year (there's over 6 months to go before the year ends), this Life Planner is perfect for you! This beautiful and elegant planner will help bring you clarity to your goals, projects, schedule, and life!

You will also find little snippets of motivational quotes on these printables to inspire you and keep you motivated as you plan your monthly, weekly or daily goals.

What workplace change would you like to see most?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

This coming Monday is Labour Day in New Zealand. This public holiday marks when the eight-hour workday and 48-hour workweek became law in 1899. The idea started with Samuel Parnell, a carpenter in Wellington, who in 1840 refused to work more than eight hours a day. Since skilled workers were in short supply, his employer had to agree.

As more skilled workers arrived, employers tried to change working conditions, but Parnell and others kept pushing for better rights. In 1890, Parnell led a Labour Day parade of 1,500 people to promote the eight-hour day. He passed away shortly after, and nine years later, Labour Day became an official public holiday.

Do you feel that we have reached the ideal in working environments yet? What rights are you passionate about relating to employment? Share your thoughts!
