$200 for single person
$300 for couple, 2 boys or 2 girls.

NO TIME WASTERS

1 LARGE BEDROOM TO LET
FULLY FURNISHED
Bright and sunny room with built in wardrobe, large courtyard & deck.

Water,electricity,internet, microwave , TV and Fridge/Freezer provided.

Plenty of parking also off street parking, very private and quiet.

BTW: You will have you own room
No pets or smokers.
NO Alcohol allowed in the house
NO Pork and Beef

For 1 Person
Board is 1 week rent in advance $200 + 2 weeks bond $400
Total moving cost 3x$200=$600

For 2 People
Couple/2 boys/2 girls
Board is 1 week rent in advance $300 + 2 weeks bond $600
Total moving cost 3x$300=$900

6 months of minimum stay.
Can extend it for 1 year.
