COVID-19 community cases in South Auckland - important info!

The Team from Counties Manukau Health

We have beaten COVID-19 before and together we can do it again!

Health officials are getting in touch with all students and staff at Papatoetoe High School and asking them and the people they live with to stay at home and get a COVID-19 test. There will be testing for people in this group available on-site at Papatoetoe High School tomorrow - Monday, 15 February.

Anyone who was at Pak’n Save Manukau on Friday 12 February between 3.45pm - 5pm also needs to stay at home and get a test on Wednesday 17 February. It’s important you stay at home until you receive a negative result. If you were at Pak’n Save, but at a different time, you do not need to be tested.

If you need wellbeing support you can contact The Fono on 0800 366 648.

If you are not in one of these groups and have not been advised by Auckland Regional Public Health Service that you are a close contact, you do not need to be tested. Please leave testing for those who are at the highest risk. If you have COVID-19 symptoms, please follow our normal advice and call your GP or Healthline for advice on getting a test.

CTCs in Auckland are open extended hours today. To find testing locations in metro Auckland, visitwww.arphs.health.nz/covid19test For up-to-date information on all testing locations, please call Healthline (0800 358 5453) or visit www.healthpoint.co.nz...

Remember: wash your hands, scan QR codes with the COVID-19 Tracer app, stay home if you're sick and wear a face covering on public transport. You got this whaanau! #uniteagainstcovid19

Poll: Is it rude to take a full trolley to self-checkout?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Luckily self-checkout is being pretty common in supermarkets these days and we generally use it to quickly buy a few things without the long lines. But perhaps it's appropriate to head there with your full trolley to skip the lines?

What are your thoughts? Is that rude?

Share in the comments below if this has ever happened to you.
