Are you putting together a project or event in the Franklin Local Board area? As well as the standard local grants, the local board is now able to approve quick response grants of up to $2000. Priority is given to: community events, community safety, health and wellbeing, environment.

Luckily self-checkout is being pretty common in supermarkets these days and we generally use it to quickly buy a few things without the long lines. But perhaps it's appropriate to head there with your full trolley to skip the lines?
